This
stainless steel chimney style hood is the focal point in
this sleek and stylish kitchen. It is set off by the
glass mosiac tile work on the wall and the high vaulted
ceiling. A sense of spaciousness results from the
emphasis on the lighting and vertical height in this
room. Windows were added to give more natural light and
uplighting near the beams gives this room a dramatic
look at night. Despite a small square footage, good
space planning allows for a food preparation area as
well as a cooking zone, desk space and comfortable
seating at the island.
