This Asian influenced kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. Mosaic slate tile frames the stainless steel chimney style hood and brings a quiet serenity with its earthy tones. The cabinet doors mimic an Asian hutch that is in the adjacent dining room. A high BTU cook top has been incorporated into the design to accommodate a wok. This design artfully meets the challenge of blending east with west.

This breakfast bar is a terrific spot to pour another cup of coffee and watch the children play in the adjacent family room. A load-bearing wall was removed to open up the kitchen and incorporate the family room and the outdoor deck beyond. The built in pantry has tilt up doors that give quick access to the toaster, coffee maker, and other small appliances. These doors disappear into the pantry when open and make things neat and clutter free when closed. Sit down and relax. Breakfast is ready!
